Aham Brahmasmi (ah-HUM brah-MAHS-mee) is a sutra (much like a mantra) which means:
"The core of my being is the ultimate reality, the root and ground of the universe, the source of all that exists."
When i am with this piece I am reminded of this sutra and of the root and core of my existence.
